The lines are the same as their voice grade, and after a few minutes of intense conversation with my rep a few years ago, I was able to con- vince them that I didn't want/need the "special" lines, and that I would suffer through with normal voice grade lines. They will try to squirm their way out it, but you should push them on it ... its worth the money savings.
