Hi! Just like to know if there is a public on-line libaray for papers published 
in every perodicals. Mainly for computer science . Say, like
JACM, JCSS, SIAM,...etc and STACS, STOCS ...etc
 
Are there any ftp site for these index? Say, ACM or IEEE have some ?

We have some on-line service but it is limited to current content 
( Oct ? 1989 to present)
