Does anyone know what setup is required to use emacs's RN functionality? 
I see commands available to subscribe to news groups, but when I try  
a message always comes back saying that the news groups don't exist.  There 
doesn't appear to be documentation on the functionality.  Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
