To summarize:

There were 15 sites on the net with 'adult' images. All are no longer in
existence. Thanks to those who sent information. As to the numerous people
who asked for ftp addresses of sites i am sorry but i know of none. Perhaps
the only solution is use local bbs (ugh!). Perhaps some could post a list
sorted geographically of these BBS. To help start the ball rolling here are
some Calif BBS passed along to me:

    Abbreviations --
      V = registration and/or validation by mail or other means
      hrs?, eves, days etc. refer to operating hours (if known)
      $ = charges a fee (ahead of name or number)
      + = reachable via PC Pursuit (before phone number)

    Baud rates where shown are in brackets [ ] --
      1: 1200 baud  2: 2400 baud  3: 300 baud
      9: 9600 baud  4: 14400 (HST and/or V.42bis)
    *: Baudrates above 14400 including 19200.  Systems offering
    19.2k may feature either Hayes Proprietary or V.32 or both
    (Dual Standard).  I am yet not aware of any standard baudrates
    between 14.4k and 19.2k.

    Example: [1249*] means 1200/2400/9600/14400/19200 baudrates.

    All boards listed operate 24 hours	at the baudrates indicated unless
    otherwise noted.

    PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that most remote access systems are privately owned
    and operated; although the systems listed here are verified every two
    months to have a modem on-line, this is no guarantee that a particular
    system will be operating at all times.
