The entire NeXT screen may be this resolution but I doubt very much that the real-time video is this resolution. Something in the range of 640x480 is far more likely. Considering the bandwidth limitations of NTSC video and the loss incurred by JPEG compression, the effective resolution will probably even be below 640x480.
