 I am upgrading software written in Microsoft C 5.1 to use 256 color
high resolution VGA display modes.  Standard MS C libraries only support
320x200 256 color mode.  Is there a shareware or inexpensive add-on
library that would support 256 colors with 640x480 or higher resolution?
