I recently picked up a copy of MIT Scheme from prep.ai.mit.edu.  In directory
/pub/gnu/scheme-7.0 there is a README file mentioning a variety of directories
and their contents.  Unfortunately some of them are missing, including:

man.tar.Z	Scheme reference manual and Revised^3 Report.
		Optional.

edwin.tar.Z	Sources and portable binaries for Edwin.  Optional.

src.tar.Z	Sources for the runtime system, SF, and the compiler.
		Optional.

Does anyone know where these are obtainable?
