Does anybody of you have a copy of the paper from D.S. Ha and S.M. Reddy
'On Testable Self-Timed Logic Circuits', which was published in the
proceedings of the IEEE International Conference on Computer Design
(ICCD'84) in 1984, page 296-301.
I need it for a presentation, and the library doesn't have it, and 
interlibrary loan takes too long.
