The White Pages part of Andrew isn't hard to get running by itself, but it doesn't interoperate with the ISODE-based stuff. They serve totally different goals. Andrew's WP, loosely, is meant to replace the local /etc/passwd and /usr/lib/aliases, as well as supporting fuzzy name lookup and the like. As I understand the ISODE-based stuff, it's meant for locating individuals that may be at any of many separately-administered locations. Craig
