Our Vax is currently running under a disk quota system :-( and I'm running into
trouble keeping under my quota.  I am looking for the best compression program
anyone can point me to.  By best, I mean the program with the best average
compression percentage.  Speed means nothing.  I currently have the arc program
which is the same as the pkarc program under MSDos, but I know there are better
ones out there.  I know how to do anonymous ftp.  If you can help me, please
