  We are running Mach on a sun 3 and we are trying to compile
X11R4 server.  And here start the problems:

  In ./server/ddx/sun/sunCG3C.c, we have found "missing" defines.
Namely CG3AC_MONOLEN, CG3BC_MONOLEN, CG3AC_ENBLEN, CG3BC_ENBLEN.
These are only referenced if _MAP_NEW (declared on sunOS in 
sys/mmap.h) has not been defined.

  Does anyone out there in X land and Mach land know what these
values should be?
