Help, please!

I'm looking for an analogue to the SunOS ioctl(ptyfd, TIOCCONS, confd)
call.  TIOCCONS is defined under Mach in <sys/ioctl.h>, but is not
documented and doesn't appear to work.

If it matters, I'm running Mach 2.5a on a Sun 3/160.  The application
is "xterm -C"...if someone has solved this problem in another way, I'd
love to hear about it!
