I have Minix 1.2 , I am trying to use it on my clone 386 25Mhz with
Fuji 90Mb IDE harddisk and controller system.  Minix seems to boot OK, but
refuse to read the root diskette.   

What I want to ask is: Is Minix 1.2 compatible with IDE system ?
Are the later versions compatible with IDE ? 
Or has anyone made any patches to make Minix compatible with IDE ?
