Here finally is the next version of Clam, a tcsh-like shell for Minix and
Unix. It still has some bugs, like cmd | alias fails, and I am rewriting
the parse/execution code at the moment. Clam still does not recompile if
you use PC-Minix and the ACK cc - I can at the moment generate a binary
using the cpp,cem,opt passes of ACK, and ncg,as,ld passes of ACK Ansi cc.

I expect to get a fair few bug reports, so bear with me until I can sit down
and go though them all.

Part 0 contains the info on the new version. Part 1 holds the new files.
Parts 2-4 hold diffs against Version 1.3c.
