Having just got vanilla PH 1.5/PC out of the box, I find it doesn't
work with my machine.  The bios_wini works perfectly, if a little
slowly, but xt_wini doesn't get past block 69 of /dev/hd0 in the 'dd' 
command.  /dev/hd2 & 3 (at cylinder 256 and 750-ish respectively)
fail immediately.

I've used bios_wini to get everything up and working otherwise, but
it rather slow, and not really doing the job properly :-)  Where do I 
go from here?

Miniscribe 32M Hardcard (with integral WD controller), 3 head, 27
sector - fdisk can manage the partition table find with xt_wini,
incidentally.
