Andy....The Puff MicroStrip Program plus Manual was originally free from
Prof David Rutledge at California Institute of Technology, Dept of Engr'ing
Pasadena, CA. 91125  or Call 818-356-2137. 

Since the Grant to supply these has run out, he's asking somewhere around $10
now for the upgraded version.  I've used the first version and it seems to
work out just fine as a functional as well as educational program.  I have'nt
used the plotting routine yet (no plotter) but you can make proto boards from
the artwork.
