Help I have an idle Apple ][ + that i would like a terminal program for

I have a 300 baud modem and the original Apple Term program that I got
with my modem.  I dont use that old computer much anymore, but as of late
I have wished I had a good terminal program the I could use with the
old machine.  

Please let me know if anyof you can help me.  I am looking for a public
domain program, or else something reallllyy cheep.  It should be able to
store numbers, upload, download, etc....It should be better than what I
have.

My display is still the original 40 col job, and I have 64 k
