	Various forces are urging me to upgrade my KFPS-2 to a FKPS-4, so
it will fit in with all the other -4's on the campus-wide extended
appletalk network.  However, I've not yet gotten a really good explanation
of why I need to spend $1000 to do the upgrade other than vague warnings
about incompatabilities with AT phase 2.

	Can somebody tell me exactly what the difference is between a 2 and
a 4, and why a 2 can't handle phase 2 with just a ROM change and/or a new
version of KIP?
