Yes.  Send an empty email message to service@nic.ddn.mil.  For the ASCII version
of the RFC, use SUBJECT line

     RFC 1147

For the postscript version (which I recommend, if you have a postscript
printer), use SUBJECT line

     RFC 1147.PS

For more info on the NIC document server, use SUBJECT line
