After converting a UNIX machine to Domain Name Service, do all the users
have to update their .rhosts files to fully qualified domain names to
make the R-cmds work instead of just hostnames?  Or am I configuring 
something wrong here.  I have many different types of machines running
more or less System V with either Wollongong software or more direct
ports of 4.3BSD.
