     We've built andrew, patch level 7, on an IBM RT
running the UNIX 4.3 BSD operating system.  Everything
works and looks fine, except for the console monitor:
the fonts in the console window have a speckled appearance,
as if certain pixels aren't being turned on.  Window
fonts for all programs appear normally.  Has anybody else encountered
this problem?
