Can someone mail me the correct magic to setup the Andrew fonts for use by
andrew applications under OpenWindows 2.0?

I've done a straight set of "convertfont" and "bldfamily" runs which got
most things working, however I must still need some aliases or something
else as a few fonts are not working.  The most noteable problem is the
symbols used by messages.
