I am in need of a system administration shell or C program which provides
the user with menu options to perform backups, kll -9 a specific users
login shell, etc.  All those things you would want an operatings person
to have without giving him/her the root password.

Yes, I know this is not tough to write, but I am posting for someone else
and he is not a Unix educated person.
