Remember that old game "Cival War" that has been around for generations
on one type of mainframe or another?  I am trying to get the source for
it. Any language, Assembler, C, PL/1, Basic, etc, I will port if needed.

I think it may have been published somewhere, but I have no idea where.
I vaguely remember a book that included the game.  If I remember correctly
the book had the source to the old startrek in it also.  Basic if I recall.

Can anyone help?
