We need to implement a bug tracking system here.  If anyone has written
such a thing they'd like to share, or if anyone knows of commercial
packages they'd like to recommend, I'd like to hear from you.

DOS and Unix solutions acceptable; ones that accomodate a mixed DOS + Unix
environment very desireable.
