A rumor stated that A500's will continue to be shipped with 1.3 Kickstart in order to keep it compatible with the video games (?!!) Two, when 2.0 is released, what is the likely cost of the upgrade? As I recall 1.2 -> 1.3 was something like $40, and that included new ROM chips as well as the new Workbench. Now someone has posted saying that the 1.3 -> 2.0 upgrade will cost "a couple hundred dollars." This is almost as bad as no upgrade at all; most A500 owners, and many A2000 owners, would probably be reluctant to pay such an exorbitant price. Please tell me it's just a rumor, and nothing more... /Mark "Remixed for Common Household Appliances" Sachs - MBS110@psuvm.psu.edu\ |DISCLAIMER?
