Uhhhhh, I don't really want to get into this argument but I'd just thought I'd
mention that a precedent has already been set in Australia on 'net freedom' --

In Australia, we get NO world distribution of several groups on grounds similar
to those stated above.  They are:

	alt.sex.*         (Maybe the sheer volume???)
	alt.drugs.*       (who knows?)

A decision was made, without NET consultation, at the Australian gateway -
munnari.oz.au - to filter these  groups, resulting in some bitter arguments
(with no observable effect, as yet).  The counter argument is that these
groups are still available via mailing lists etc.

But the precedent exists !!!
