The 13 1/2 pound Brite Lite, designed by RDI Inc. of San Diego, is the first Sparc laptop designed for the U.S. [...stuff deleted...] Sun OS 4.1 is bundled with the product, as is Insignia Solutions' SoftPC for MS-DOS emulation. The Macintosh environment emulation, developed by RDI, uses no Mac ROM code, and no licensing from Apple is required. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ If I were ReadySoft, I'd call RDI *today*, and work out a license agreement.
