We ran into troubles because a BOARD GAME from years back had a name somewhat like that. It eventually had to be realeased as "Dive Bomber" to avoid the hassles. I believe Lotus had to pay off someone to use the name Magellan. Basically, when in doubt, change the name, or ask them directly if they think it would be a problem, and if they don't get written permission.
