Lines: 23 My Falcon mission disk II (operation Firefight) arrived last night directly from SH. The first thing I notice is that the frame rate seem to be much faster. I run both the older mission disk and this one on a '030 based Ami, and this one seems perhaps twice as fast. I don't know if this is a '030 phenomenon only (perhaps some loops now fit in the cache when they didn't used to) or if it is something more general. Also they've fixed a few things which used to annoy me. You can now successfully move the nose of the plane down when you are moving at a high velocity - didn't used to be able to do that very well. A few other tweaks are in place here and there as well. I think it is well worth the smallish price they ask for it. They improve it with each new mission disk. As a side note, a flyer they sent with the game claimed they are working on "Falcon 3.0" for the IBM. Made no mention of the Ami. - steve
