Lines: 19 Can anyone help? The internal drive in my Amiga is playing up, and its driving me nuts. When I put a new disk in, the drive light comes on, but the drive wont start working (ie start its slow, torturous verification) until I refer to the drive (with a cd df0: or similar). This is slowing me down considerably, and is the source of much frustration. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it could be? Thanks in advance, Anthony (Its an A500 with 1 Meg CHIP RAM, and a Rev 6 motherboard, btw) -- Wizards dont like philosophy very much. | Robotics and Digital As far as they are concerned, one | Technology, Monash hand clapping makes a noise like 'cl'. | University. vac241j@monu6.cc.monash.edu.au uunet!munnari!monu6.cc.monash.edu.au!vac241j
