The cost is $12, without case and cable (you must solder the cable). You can also order with a cable (for $20). Documentation includes instructions for wiring the cable, if you choose the 'no cable' option. I don't think either one comes with a case. No power supply is required. All baud rates are supported. BTW it is compatible with all popular terminal programs and a handler is enclosed with the interface, and some term programs (albeit old ones). Bobterm 1.2 works great with this interface.
