I want an algorithm which is fast as has acceptable compression ratios. If anybody on the net has such a piece of software please send it to me. I had a complaint about the software not running on a Mega ST with a 19 inch screen. I looked in the software and found a bug. If allocate 32K of memory for the screen toggle option in Bfront. This is not enough for a 19 inch screen. Does anybody know the correct method of determining the proper amount of memory to be allocated? Fred -- Fred J.R.
