There's a good article comparing the Portfolio, Boss, Sharp, and Poqet computers in PC Week Nov. 5, 1990. Also there is a TON of really great software written for the Portfolio on Compuserve, its all written with standard MS-DOS compilers, in fact I even saw a Turbo Pascal Library for the Portfolio. There are two Tetris like games, one pretty good and one great! Plus just a lot of other software, this thing is really taking off!
