You can find _everything_ that comes in the kit on the HP bbs (
(Internet HPCVBBS>CV
(Telnet HPCVBBS.CV.HP.COM) in the conference KERMIT.PROGRASM (that is,
PROGRMA, oops, I can't spell _or_ figure out how to bakcspace, but I'm
sure you know what I mean).  Anyhow, I think the files are attached to
the message MAC.SERIEL or something like that.
