We have just obtained two new hp 4xxs/4xxt's and have been using vi in the past for our text editing. However, from the stuff I have reading on the net. Emacs must be a good editor. Also, it sounds like it is in public domain??? Where can I get a copy of it for HP-UX 7.03 for the 4xx's and our old 350. Does it run well under HP-VUE and X? You can respond to this news group or send me mail to: thender@uxh.cso.uiuc.edu Thank you in advance for your help. Todd Henderson U of Illinois CFD Lab.
