It depends, I think, on which SCSI you use.  If, for example, you
use an Adaptec board (e.g., the AHA 1542B) , the answer is yes.  
The other drives are c (and d, if that is applicable), and the 
SCSI disks are tacked on after that.  If you want more than 2 hard 
drives total, you need to buy an additional driver, though.
