With reference to the amstrad PC1515, the GEM software that is supplied with
the computer includes a paint program called GEM PAINT, and with this 
program, it allows you to use sixteen base colours, yet the amstrad is only 
capable of CGA emulation - why? Is there any way to access the full sixteen
colours via bios or otherwise? Any help on this subject would be appreciated.
