Amazingly, considering the number of bells and whistles Microsoft has loaded Word up with, they seem to have neglected this. If you have access to WriteNow 2.x, save your file in RTF format, open it using WriteNow, and use the Change Case command in the Edit menu to convert your text to lower case.
