Is there any possiblity of changing all of the characters to lower case? She can then go back and replace the first letter of each sentence with a cap. Well, there are two ways I've done this kind of thing. The first, within MS Word, is to do a global substitution, replacing A with a, B with b and so forth... This is how we USED to do it. The better way is to use the Shareware DA, McSink. This has a 'All Uppercase', All lowercase, Capitalize words (which only works if it starts lowercase...), capitalize sentances, and change case... Sounds perfect, doesn't it?
