I don't know of a way to do this in Word, but if you have PageMaker you can just
dump your Word document into a Pagemaker doc (hold down the command key as
you place, and it will automatically create as many pages as you need).
Then when you print, choose the Options button, which allows printing Odd
(i.e., right-hand) or Even (left-hand) pages only.
