I complain when I feel mistreated, so I should probably also point out the
good guys when appropriate, too.

Years ago, I bought Red Ryder.  When White Knight replaced it, they sent me
that for free.  I wrote recently about a filter problem I was having and to
ask if there was a recent update to WK.

By return mail they answered the filter question and sent a free update to the
latest version.  That's a class operation.
