MacLayers is what you want. I'm using it right now in fact. It can do everything
you asked for and a little more. It has a few minor problems, but over all it
is extremely robust.

I believe you can get the Unix source and Macintosh binaries from either
sumex or rascal.ics.utexas.edu.
