I've also come accross more encoders/decoders for each of these formats than I care to mention. I'm using a new Mac IIsi 2/40 with 6.0.7, and here's where I need help: I've got a Sun4 at work and have managed to find some Unix-based tools (xbin-to-binary, unsit-15, etc.) that manipulate the above-mentioned files. I also have access to a SPARCstation that can write a 3.5 floppy. (I believe the floppy will be DOS-formatted, but the new "SuperDrives" can read these, right?) Now, what I need to know is which Unix tools need to be used on hqx and/or sit.hqx files so that I can write the files to a floppy in a format that my Mac can use without any further decoding? -Kris schneide@arisia.xerox.com
