Lately, I have been having trouble getting files from Sumex.  Sometimes it
will transfer fine, sometimes it will transfer nothing and sit there
locked, and if I abort the transfer, it closes the ftp connection.  Other
times it will just transfer 16K or 32K, etc, always in 16K blocks, and
lock up.  I don't have this problem on any other ftp sites.  Is anyone
else having this trouble?
