Message-ID: <32815@netnews.upenn.edu> Date: 14 Nov 90 03:06:24 GMT Sender: news@netnews.upenn.edu Reply-To: sjporte@asc.upenn.edu (Jeff Porten) Organization: University of Pennsylvania Lines: 12 I've been considering buying a computer, and right now I've settled on a Mac SE/30, 5 meg RAM, 40 meg HD. For me, it's not worth it to blow a lot of money for color. However, a friend has just told me that a IIsi is the same price as an SE/30 (due to lower construction costs) and is equally powerful, plus has color to boot. Is this correct (using student discount pricing)? Can the SE/30 do anything the IIsi can't? -- Jeff Porten, Annenberg School for Communication, UPenn (sjporte@asc.upenn.edu)
