Don't bother-- the extra complication of IsDialogEvent and DialogSelect
aren't worth it.  Make them windows.  Handle the controls and items yourself,
using the Control Manager, DrawString, and TextEdit yourself.  (at first,
I found it hard to believe that this was easier, but I have found that
it really is).
