You can pick it up at your friendly archive server. I'm familiar with dread (-l) and dwrite. I'm also familiar with the Defaults App that you mention. The problem is if there exists a possible default which is not set in the defaults database then how do you know that it is even possible. For instance, you can bring up the Shell and Terminal Apps with "-Console YES" or something like that to send console output to the window. You can also do a "dwrite Shell Console YES" to make that the default, but if it wasn't set in the first place then a "dread Shell" won't show it to you. Dread -l shows you the defaults that are set already.
