There's only one company that can sell you UUNET access in the
Los Angeles area, and that's UUNET Technologies, Inc.  They're
operational in northern California now; Los Angeles is
forthcoming.

UUNET (as AlterNet) will when they come to L.A.  If you need it
"now" I think your only viable option is CERFnet's "DIAL n' CERF"
service.  I don't have information on what PSI's up to.
