Socket/pins ? You want 80ns or faster - as per the document that went out with the board. There are lots of different part numbers - it depends on the manufacturer. For the simplest case ask for 80ns SIMMs that are compatible with clone 386 motherboards - i.e. fast page mode. Note: SIMMs don't have pins, SIPs do.
